The tools store push-button panel provided at the front of the store comprises the following components:

OP030 Functioning:OP030功能
The Op030 functioning is always active during m achining. It m akes it possible to carry out a large part of the operations performed by the
operator panel. In particular, it is possible to operate modifications to the part progra m, check variables R, GUD, origin shifts etc., in addition
to m ak i n g a diagnostics page available. We will not go into further detail here since a more detailed description of the push-button panel
can be found in the Siemens m anual regarding the sa me. Here, we wish to simply point out some aspects that concern store m anagement,
and which have led to the use of the said push-button panel.
Op030功能在加工時一直是激 活狀態。可通過操作面板完成大部分的操作。尤其是除了診斷頁面,還可修改零件程序,檢查變量R,GUD,原 點轉移等。

The store, in terms of composition, comprises: a chain store with 60 tool places overall (store 1), and an intermediate memory, comprising the
position on the spindle (store 9998 pos.1), on calliper A (store 9998 pos.2) and on calliper B (store 9998 pos.3).
刀庫的結構包括:鏈式刀庫,60刀位(刀庫1),中間記憶,包括主軸上位置(刀庫 9998pos.1),卡尺A和卡尺B上的位置(刀庫9998pos.3)
Tool loading:裝刀
The loading of a tool in the store is carried out in a number of phases and assumes different typologies. First and foremost, loading of a tool
can occur at the request of a specific place or the first free place, starting from the current position of the chain. If you wish to e x ploit this
first opportunity, simply press “menu” on the push-button panel, enter “Para meters” and then “Store m anagement”. At this point, press the
softkey “Find and position”. Insert the position in which you intend to introduce the tool and press “Position”. Wait for the chain to be positioned.
Once this has been carried out, reconnect to the other possibilities, pressing the softkey “Load”.

With the new window that appears on the screen, it is possible to choose the tool to be loaded from one of the pre-existing but unloaded ones,
or create a new one with free par a meters.

Where you intend to create a new tool, simply follow the instructions set out in the pages that follow, pressing the softkey “New tool”.
To define the para meters, recall that tool 1 type is equivalent to a tool for a chain (with aut o m atic change). Having defined the tool,
it is then necessary to physically load the sa me.
當你想創造一個新的刀 具時,簡單地按照下面文字說明,按下軟鍵“新刀”,定義參數,重新呼叫刀 具1型相當于刀鏈中的刀 具(帶自動交換)。

To carry this out, simply position the cursor on the tool you intend to load, and press “Ok load”.
The chain, at this point, will move to find a free place, unless a previous positioning has been carried out, and the positioned place does not
correspond to the features of the said tool. Once the chain has taken up position, shift the selector to the “Local” position, and open the
loading hatch. Having opened the hatch, insert the tool in the location, using the ex pulsion pedal. Pressing the latter terminates the operation
of the tool in position. Nothing n o w rem ains to be done except close the hatch and take the selector back to the remote position.

Tool unloading: 卸刀
Unloading a tool can be carried out in two modalities: unloading a specific tool or unloading a worn tool.
卸載刀 具分兩種形式進行:卸載一個特定的刀 具或卸載一破損刀 具。
In the first case, it is necessary to enter “Store m anagement”, positioning yourself on the tool to be unloaded, and requesting unload.
第 一種情況,需要輸入“刀 具管理”,定位需要卸載的道具,請求卸載。
The chain will position itself with the tool desired in the load/unload position, and will wait for the sa me to be unloaded.
刀鏈會通過所需刀 具裝/卸位置自行定位,并等待刀 具卸載。
Discharge occurs by taking the selector to the local position, opening the hatch, and pressing the ex pulsion pedal.
將選擇器調到現場位置,打開門,按下沖出式踏板可卸載。
Having carried out the sa me, the tool is also aut o m atically unloaded from the store list. To reset everything, simply close the hatch and
take the selector the remote position.
同樣,刀 具也可從刀庫清單上自動卸載。將一切復位,只需關上門,將選擇器回到遠程位置。
To unload a worn tool, on the other hand, simply take the selector to the local position, press the key for unloading worn tools, and wait for the
chain to place the tool in the unloading position.
另一方面,卸載磨損刀 具。將選擇器調到現場位置,按下卸載磨損刀 具鍵,等待鏈條將刀 具放到卸載位。
Once the tool has been positioned, carry out the physical unloading, following the sa me procedure set out above. Using the worn tools
unloading key, one tool at a time is unloaded, with the next one following a second pressure of the key. If there are no worn tools, the operation
terminates without the OP030 push-button panel communicating an unloading phase underway.
一旦刀 具定位,執行物理卸載,按照以上相同的程序。使用磨損刀 具卸載鍵,按照以上相同的程序。使用磨損刀 具卸載鍵,每次卸載一個刀 具,
下一次按鍵后卸載下一個刀 具。如果沒有磨損刀 具,操作停止,OP030按鈕面板無需進行卸載交流。
Setting dimensions:設置尺寸
In m a naging the store, the conventions adopted by Siemens are used as regards the occupation of places. In particular, there are two types of
locations to which a tool can belong, which are defined as below:

NORMAL : aut o m atic tool loading;正常:自動刀 具裝載

In addition to length, the other dimension which has to be introduced to insert a tool into the store is dia meter.
除了長度,將刀 具插入刀庫需要引入的另一個尺寸就是直徑。
For this, the physical dia meter of the tool is not considered, but a codified dimension of the sa me, in accordance with the Siemens convention.

Occupation is identified in semi-locations i.e. in those with a value equal to half the step between the said locations.

A tool can have a minimum dimension of 1-1 (left - right), equivalent to occupation of only its cone.
一個刀 具可具有zui小的尺寸1-1(左-右),相當于只占它的錐體部分。
Each individual value for left or right occupation ranges from 1 to 7, with the two figures not necessarily having to coincide with each other.
It is therefore also possible to define unbalanced tools.

Exa mple: Defining a tool with dimension D equal to 3-4 (on a chain whose step between locations is equal to 145 mm), implies the following:

The left part of the tool, starting from the cone axis, is less than (145/2)*3 mm;
